The Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment (MoICE) would like to inform the general public that the Integrated Business Licensing Services (IBLS) system has been fully implemented for all online licensing services. 

Following the successful stablisation and operation of the licensing services for medium and large-scale businesses, including the registration and approval of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects, all services related to the issuance of new businesss licenses/certificates, renewal, cancellation and modification of business licenses are now available through the IBLS system at https://ibls.systems.gov.bt/ 

All business licensing services previously available through the G2C system have been completely discontinued with effect from 3 June 2026. Therefore, all appicants are requested to use the IBLS system for the new business licenses/certificates and related services. 

Further, all business licensing applications shall be submitted online through the IBLS system and manual/paper application will no longer be accepted.
